These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of wildplus.co and any purchase you make from WildPlus (Wild Plus LLC). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
Products and descriptions
We make every effort to describe and display our products accurately, including colors and packaging. Actual products may vary slightly from images on screen. Our products are cosmetic and personal-care items; product descriptions reflect their intended cosmetic use and are not medical claims, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. Products are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Pricing and currency
Prices are charged in your regional currency where supported — Canada in CAD, Australia in AUD, Germany (EU) in EUR, New Zealand in NZD, and the United Kingdom in GBP. Orders to the United States and the Rest of the World are charged in USD. Prices are shown exclusive of tax; applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to change prices at any time before you place an order.
Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. After you order, we send an acknowledgment; this confirms we received your order but does not by itself mean we have accepted it. A binding contract is formed only when we send your order or shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if an item is unavailable, if we identify a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud — and if you have already paid, we will refund you.
Promotions and discounts
Promotional offers such as "Buy 1 Get 1 Free," free-shipping thresholds, and subscription discounts apply only as described at the time of purchase and while the offer is live. Offers cannot be combined unless we state otherwise, have no cash value, and may be withdrawn or changed at any time.
Subscriptions and recurring billing
Some products are available on a subscription basis with recurring billing. By starting a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically on each renewal date until you cancel. Current terms are a 30-day billing interval with a 10% recurring discount applied while the subscription is active. The recurring amount and schedule are shown to you at checkout before you confirm. Payment
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Elo, JCB), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Payment is taken at checkout for one-time orders and on each renewal date for subscriptions. All payments are processed securely by our payment providers over encrypted connections.
Shipping, returns, and cancellation
Delivery timeframes, costs, and destinations are set out in our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Order and subscription cancellations are governed by our Order Cancellation Policy. Each of these policies forms part of these Terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, not to interfere with the site's operation or security, not to introduce malicious code, and not to use automated means to scrape or copy content without our permission.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, images, graphics, logos, and the WildPlus name and branding — is owned by or licensed to Wild Plus LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.
User content
If you submit reviews, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for the content you submit and confirm it does not infringe any third party's rights.
Disclaimers
The site and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly stated in these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wild Plus LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wild Plus LLC and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Before starting any formal dispute, please contact us at support@wildplus.co so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order applies to that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
