Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains the payment methods, currency, and billing terms that apply to purchases from WildPlus (Wild Plus LLC).

Accepted payment methods

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Elo, and JCB;
  • Apple Pay;
  • Google Pay;
  • Shop Pay;
  • PayPal.

Currency

Orders are charged in your regional currency where supported — Canada in CAD, Australia in AUD, Germany (EU) in EUR, New Zealand in NZD, and the United Kingdom in GBP. Orders to the United States and the Rest of the World are charged in USD (US dollars). If your card is denominated in a currency different from the one your order is charged in, your bank sets the conversion rate and may apply a fee.

Tax

Prices are shown exclusive of tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated and added at checkout.

When you are charged

For one-time orders, payment is taken at checkout when you place your order.

Subscriptions and recurring charges

Some products are available on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize WildPlus to charge your chosen payment method automatically on each renewal date:

  • Billing interval: every 30 days;
  • Subscription discount: 10% off each recurring order while active;
  • Renewals continue until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time before your next renewal — see our Order Cancellation Policy. The recurring amount and renewal schedule are shown to you at checkout before you confirm.

Payment security

All payments are processed over encrypted (HTTPS) connections by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment or a subscription renewal is declined, we may retry the charge or pause the subscription. Please keep your payment details up to date in your account.
