How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days. Some products ship under different profiles — for example, our Whipped Soap range (Rose, Lavender, Jasmine; 1–11 business days in the US) and our Brightening Scrub, Pink Wash, and Blue Wash (6–10 days to Canada, 6–18 days to the UK, 1–14 days Rest of World). Which countries do you ship to?
Most products ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Germany, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, and the Rest of the World. Some products ship to a limited set of destinations only, shown at checkout.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is a flat 4.95 in each region's currency on most items (for example $4.95 USD, €4.95 EUR, £4.95 GBP), with free shipping over each region's threshold. Some products carry different rates or are calculated at checkout. See our Shipping Policy.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return of an unused item in its original packaging. Opened personal-care and cosmetic items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. See our Return & Refund Policy.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
How do subscriptions work?
Subscription products are billed every 30 days with a 10% recurring discount. You can cancel any time before your next renewal in your account or by emailing us at least 48 hours before renewal. See our Order Cancellation Policy.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Elo, JCB, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal. Orders are charged in your regional currency where supported (CAD, AUD, EUR, NZD, GBP); US and Rest of World orders are charged in USD.
