Shipping Policy
DUE TO COVID-19 there can be a delay in you receiving your order once it has been shipped from our workshop.
Your order will be processed within 7-14 business days it will be shipped via USPS. Once USPS has your order the time frame of delivery depends on them.
When your label says “shipped” it does not mean it’s at the post office if it hasn’t been 7-14 business days, if it has been the time frame listed above check back in 42 hours to get your updated tracking information.
You can change your shipping address or cancel your order within the 1 hour span after your purchase, we won't refund if the order is already in the processing period
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT MAY OCCUR DURING TRANSITION IF YOU WOULD LIKE INSURANCE ON YOUR PACKAGE YOU CAN REQUEST IT DURING CHECKOUT.
IF YOUR ITEMS ARE MISSING YOU HAVE TO SHOW PROOF OF THE PACKAGE IT CAME WITH (Videos/ pics) OR ELSE WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT!
ANY DAMAGES WILL NOT BE REFUNDED IF YOU DIDN'T ADD INSURANCE DURING CHECKOUT.
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS RETURNED DUE TO YOUR ADDRESS BEING WRONG or UNCLAIMED ISSUES YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $15 LABEL RETURN FEE FOR IT TO BE SENT BACK OUT TO YOU.
